不同喂养方式对6～18个月婴儿身体发育的影响

摘　　要：目的分析比较使用配方奶粉人工喂养、部分人乳喂养以及母乳喂养等不同喂养方式喂养与6～18个月婴儿身体发育的关系,为合理喂养婴幼儿,促进婴幼儿健康成长提供依据。方法对298名6～18个月健康婴儿根据喂养方式分组,每3个月进行1次发育指标评定,共测3次,所得数据应用统计学软件分析。结果母乳喂养组婴儿在14个月龄时平均体重和平均头围大于人工喂养组和部分人乳喂养组婴儿;但各组婴儿在各个月龄时的智能发育指数(mental development index,MDI)和运动发育指数(psyehomotor development index,PDI)没有统计学差异。结论在6～18个月月龄的婴儿中母乳喂养、部分人乳喂养以及人工喂养对婴儿身体发育的影响没有统计学差异。Objective In order to promote the healthy development of infants and provide a reasonable basis for infant feeding, we compared the physical development of 6 to 18 - months - old infants in different feeding patterns. Methods 298 individuals of 6 - 18 months- old healthy infant, according to the type of feeding, were eategorised into three groups： breast feeding, formula feeding, mixed feeding. The assessments of physical development were performed 3 times in three month intervals. All the data were analyzed by statistical software. Results At 14^th month, the average body weight and average head circumference of breast - feeding group were greater than the other tow ; But there is no statistical difference among the MDI （ mental development index） the PDI （ psychomotor development index） of all groups at each assessment point. Conclusion There is no significant difference in physical development among the breast fed, formula fed and mix feeding 6 - 18 - months - old infants.
