摘  要:为了消除HPb59-1黄铜阀体在生产中产生缩孔、缩松和组织粗大等铸造缺陷,通过铸造工艺试验确定:在阀体热节处加设形状适宜的补缩冒口,强化铸件的补缩并将缩孔移出阀体;采用微量硼作为变质添加剂,细化阀体组织,有效地消除了上述铸造缺陷。Casting defects, i.e., shrinkage cavity, porosity and coarse microstructure, were often found in the products of HPb59-1 brass valve body. Experimental studies show that the casting process can be determined. The feeding is improved and the shrinkage can be carried out of the valve using appropriate shape feeding riser in the thermal section of valve body. At the same time, using boron as modification additives, the microstructures can be refined significantly. The abovementioned casting defects could be effectively eliminated by the combination use of feeding riser and boron modifier.
