摘 要:在以K2TiF6、KBF4和工业纯铝为原料制备Al-Ti5-B中间合金过程中加入微量Zr,对比分析了不加Zr、锆加入量为0.1%和0.2%时的Al-Ti5-B中间合金对工业纯铝的细化效果;同时选用了2种加入方式,即在氟盐加入前和加入后分别加入Zr。结果表明,在Al-Ti5-B中间合金制备过程中加入Zr有利于提高其细化作用,特别是在K2TiF6和KBF4加入之前加入Zr时;而Zr加入量不同对改善细化效果不明显。K2TiF6, KBF4 and commercial aluminum were used as raw materials in the process of Al-Ti5-B master alloy preparation, along with micro-Zr. The Zr ws added to the master alloy in two different content i.e. 0. 1% and 0.2%, respectively, and the refining effects of the master alloy with the two different content were also analyzed, which were also compared with the AI-Ti5-B master alloy without Zr. Meanwhile, two different ways of adding Zr into master alloy were taken, namely, adding Zr before or after fluoride salt. The results showed that AI-Ti5-B master alloy with Zr was good for the improving of the refining effects in commercial aluminum, especially before the fluoride salt was added. The master alloys with different content of Zr had little different refining effects on commercial aluminum.
