摘 要:采用显微组织分析和脱锌腐蚀实验方法,研究了不同铋含量对黄铜的微观组织以及黄铜脱锌腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,铋在铸态黄铜中为单质相,不固溶于基体中,主要以薄膜状存在于晶界上。在黄铜中加入铋可以明显改善黄铜的脱锌腐蚀性能,并且随着Bi含量的增加,黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能增加。It has long been known that the poor corrosion resistance of brass in certain environment is due to the phenomenon of dezincification. In our work, the effect of Bi content on the dezincification of the brass were investigated. Optical microscope metallographic studies, SEM analyses and corrosion depth tests were used to investigate the corrosion characterize of the brass. It was found that as the Bi content increased, the corrosion resistance of the cold-deformed brasses increased due to the Bi form a passive film, which protected the brasses from corrosion. And the corrosion resistance of the Bi brasses equal with the HPb 59-1 brass.
