艾滋病自愿咨询检测的调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群的现状及行为信息,为下一步有针对性地制定宣传教育对象与内容、制定获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的防治决策和工作重点提供科学参考。方法以2007年主动到柳州市CDC艾滋病防治中心进行HIV抗体检测的2 378名VCT者为调查对象,对其人口学与行为相关资料进行分析。结果VCT者主要是20～45岁青壮年,占85.20%;主要以男性为主,占64.30%;93.99%的VCT者因有高危性行为和婚外性行为而前来求询检测;已婚者占63.20%;高中(含中专)文化程度者占73.93%,大专及以上文化程度者占12.28%;自由职业者和无业人员占72.37%。结论艾滋病的传播途径今后将以性传播为主。加大对卖淫、嫖娼、同性恋、吸毒人员、文化程度较低的进城务工人员、家庭妇女等的教育及扩大VCT面,是预防HIV传播的重要手段。[Objective To survey the status and behavior of people who underwent voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） on HIV so as to provide a scientific reference for further determining objects and contents in education, and deciding control strategy and key work in AIDS prevention program.Methods Totally 2 378 VCT individuals who went to Liuzhou Centre for Disease Control and Prevention （CDC） for HIV antibody examination in 2007 were enrolled. Their relative data were analyzed in demegraphy and behavior.Results The age of VCT participants ranged from 20 to 45 years old, accounting for 85.20%, and 64.30% of them being male. Among them 93.99% had high risk or/and extramarital sexual behaviors, 63.20% were married, 73.93% got high school background, and 72.37% were free lances or jobless persons.Conclusion HIV infection will mainly cause by sex transmission. AIDS prevention program should focus on education for prostitutes, homosexuality, drug-user, low-educated farm workers and housewives, and VCT should be extended.
