摘  要:【目的】探讨解脲脲原体(Uu)临床株ermB耐药基因与接合转座子遗传标记int-Tn基因之间的关系。【方法】采用微量肉汤稀释法体外测定76株Uu对红霉素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),设计引物扩增ermB和int-Tn基因。【结果】Uu对红霉素MIC范围为≤0.125~≥128μg/mL,MIC50为32μg/mL,MIC90≥128μg/mL,耐药率为78.95%。共21株Uu菌株检测到ermB基因,其中19株的MIC≥8μg/mL,2株的MIC=4μg/mL。21株Uu携带int-Tn基因,ermB基因与int-Tn基因之间有显著相关性。【结论】ermB基因可能是介导Uu对红霉素耐药的一种重要的基因,ermB与转座子遗传标记int-Tn基因密切相关。[Objective] To study the association between ermB gene and int-Tn gene, a genetic marker of transposon in Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) clinical isolates. [ Methods ] We detected the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) to erythromycin by broth dilution method in 76 clinical strains of Uu. Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the ermB and int- Tn genes. [Results] The MICs, MIC50, MIC90 of Uu to erythromycin were ≤ 0.125 - ≥ 128 ug/mL, 32 ug/mL, and ≥ 128 ug/mL, respectively, with a high resistance rate of 78.95% (60/76). The ermB gene was detected in 19 strains with MIC ≥ 8 ug/mL and 2 strains with MIC = 4ug/mL of Uu. int-Tn gene was detected in 21 strains of Uu. ermB gene was strongly associated with int-Tn gene analyzed by chi-square test. [Conclusion] ermB gene may be one of the important genes conferring resistance to erythromycin in Uu, and it is strongly associated with int-Tn gene in Uu.
