摘　　要：目的探讨一种有效纠正老年性上睑松弛的手术方法。方法采用梯形去皮法重睑成形术治疗25例老年性上睑松弛患者，并对梯形去皮法的优缺点进行总结和分析。结果本组中1例患者术后重睑轻微不对称，余24例患者均取得良好效果，无明显瘢痕遗留。结论梯形去皮法重睑成形术是一种矫正上睑皮肤松弛的理想方法。Objective To explore the excellently operative method for treating the cutis laxa of upper eyelid. Methods Twenty-five patients who received upper blepharoplasty using trapezoid resection of skin. According to the operative effects, the advantage and disadvantage of this operation were analyzed and summarized. Results Twenty-four patients obtained very good effects of upper blepharoplasty and only one patient suffered from asymmetric double eyelid fold. Conclusion Upper blepharoplasty using trapezoid resection of skin is a very excellent method.
