摘 要:220kV一次变电站全停事故常常是由于直流系统故障、母差保护误动和母联开关故障等导致,为有效解决这一问题,我们提出用双主变分列运行的方式代替双主变并列运行的方式来降低变电站全停事故的发生,并给出了220kV一次变电站双主变分列运行的条件和实施方案。通过在鸡西电业局220kV杏花一次变电站的实践,得出采用分列运行的方式可以解决线路对地电容不平衡造成的66kV系统中性点电位偏移过大的问题,同时可以改善供电质量和提高供电可靠性。The key factors of causing complete shutdown accident in 220kV primary substation are analyzed and studied in this paper , which are the fault of DC system, maloperation of busbar differential protection and fault of bus connection switch. A method of using dual primary transformers separate operation instead of parallel operation is proposed for avoiding complete shutdown accident in 220kV primary substation. The operating condition and implementing scheme of dual primary transformers separate operation in 220kV primary substation are given. The practice of this method is examined in 220kV Xinghua primary substation of Jixi Electric Power Bureau. By adopting the method of dual primary transformers separate operation, the problem of neutral - point potential excessive offset in 66kV system causing by unbalance of capacitance to ground is solved, quality of power supply is improved and reliability is increased. A method of using dual primary transformers separate operation is an innovation of implementing meticulous management in 220kV primary substation.
