多层CT空间分辨率的评价方法

摘　　要：目的用调制传递函数(MTF)比较多层CT各层的空间分辨率。方法采用MTF线体模;西门子SOMATOM Sensation Cardiac64层螺旋CT。CT在腹部序列扫描方案下,对线体模进行扫描得到多层图像,用VC++6.0编程读取医学影像通讯(DICOM)图像,通过点扩散函数获得CT系统的调制传递函数。结果用3种卷积核重建图像,对各层的调制传递函数为50%、10%、5%、2%的值进行比较,极差在0.35LP/cm的范围以内。结论西门子64层螺旋CT各层图像重建系统的空间分辨率有着良好一致性,检测方法可以为多层螺旋CT的性能评价和质量控制提供参考手段。Objective To compare the spatial resolution between slices of multi-slice CT by modulation transfer function（MTF）. Methods The MTF wire-phantom scanning in abdomen sequence protocol was performed. A software programmed by VC＋＋6.0 was applied to read the digital imaging and communications in medicine （DICOM） images, and the MTF was calculated. Results For whole 3 convolution kernels, the ranges were no more than 0.35 LP/cm, at 50 %, 10 %, 5 %, 2 % of MTF respectively. Conclusion Spatial resolution of each slice of the multi-slice CT is uniform. The method for evaluation of multi-slice CT would be an approach for choice.
