摘 要:采用DNA重组技术和蚀斑技术获得融合基因的重组病毒,制备了鸡生长抑制因子(SS)免疫原,与鸡传染性IBD、ND免疫原共同高免健康产蛋鸡,使其卵黄中产生高效价的抗鸡SS、IBD、ND抗体,利用含高效价的卵黄制成鸡抗病促生长剂。实验结果表明,该制剂对人工感染的IBD鸡治愈率为97.5%,预防保护率98.4%;对流行区自然感染的IBD鸡治愈率96%,预防保护率97%。对健康肉仔鸡应用,可使其育成出栏时间提前3天,每只平均比对照增重135.7g;饲料转化率提高8.37%。Recombinant vaccinia virus containing the gene of somatostatin was constructed by DNA recombination and plaque technique,which express the poultry's somatostatin protein in BHK21 cells.Immunized by infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV),Newcastle disease virus(NDV)and the recombinant somatostatin,the yolk of laying hens containing the high titer specific antibodies was obtained,and the anti disease and growth promoting agent was produced.Experiments results revealed that the protective and curative rate of the promoting agent was 97.5%and 98.4%respectively for the chicks infected artificially with IBDV,while it was 97% and 96%respectively for the chicks infected naturally with IBDV.The feeding time of the chicken injected with the promoting agent was three days less than that of the control,the average body weight and feed conversion were improved by 135.7g and 8.37% respectively compared with the control.
