摘　　要：目的探讨MATLAB在医学图像配准中的应用。方法采用图像配准原理,利用MATLAB中IPT做图像配准的变换类型、控制对及相关函数计算,通过试验1和试验2说明MATLAB如何应用于医学图像的配准中。结果比较参考图像,配准后的图像匹配效果很好。结论利用MATLAB提供的IPT进行医学图像配准,简捷方便,但要达到理想的配准结果,必须确定合适的变换类型。Objective To study the application of MATLAB in medical image registration. Methods The principle of image registration was adopted. The IPT of MATLAB was used as the transformation criteria of image registration and the control pairs, related functions were given. The application of MATLAB was described and performed in medical image registration by experiments. Results The registered images well matched the reference images in the experiments. Conclusion It is demonstrated that it is convenient and easy to carry out the medical image registration based on MATLAB, and proper transformation should be chosen in order to obtain the best rusult.
