摘　　要：社会和谐是为建设和谐社会打基础的,是为过渡到和谐社会在物质和精神上做准备的,实现和谐社会才是目的。和谐社会的核心思想是人的全面发展,社会和谐又为人在政治、经济、社会、文化、教育和个体发展等方面提供了基础。社会和谐与和谐社会是辩证的统一体,社会和谐是基础,和谐社会是目标。和谐社会的实现是有阶段性、层次性的。全社会必须具备高尚的道德水平和丰富的物质条件,经过长期不懈的努力,和谐社会才有可能实现。Social harmony is the foundation for building a harmonious society is a harmonious society for the transition to the material and spiritual preparation for the historical stage, the purpose is to achieve a harmonious society. The core idea of a harmonious society is the all-round development, social harmony and well in the political, economic, social, cultural, educational and individual development provides the foundation. Social harmony and a harmonious society is a dialectical unity, social harmony is the basis for a harmonious society is the aim. The realization of a harmonious society is a stage, the level of the whole society must possess high ethical standards and a wealth of material conditions, after a long-term unremitting efforts, it be possible to achieve a harmonious society.
