摘　　要：以苏东坡寓惠的历史文物、文学作品以及所形成的东坡文化为素材,合理规划布局,提炼园林景点,寓情于景,营造具有浓郁东坡文化氛围的主题公园,丰富惠州、西湖景区的文化内涵与旅游资源。Taking the historical and cultural sites, literary works, as well as the formed Dongpo Culture, which are caused by SU Dong-po＇s living in Huizhou （SU Dong-po is a great writer and poet in Song Dynasty of China）, as source materials, the plan and layout has been rationally made, and the gardening scenic spots has also been refined. Through combining the emotion with the landscape, the theme park which enjoys rich Dongpo culture atmosphere has been built up. All these will enrich the culture connotation and tourism resources over Huizhou and the West Lake Area.
