发展中国家对外直接投资理论及对我国的启示

摘　　要：文章通过分析几种发展中国家对外直接投资理论,其中包括小规模技术理论、技术地方化理论、过度资本积累论、投资发展周期或路径理论,发展中国家对外直接投资理论对我国企业如何成功地实施"走出去"战略具有重要意义,随着近些年发展中国家对外直接投资的逐渐增多,专门用来解释发展中国家对外直接投资的理论也日趋成熟。这些对我国对外"直接投资"都具有巨大的启示引导作用。The theories of foreign direct investment of developing countries are of great significance for China＇s enterprises to successfully fulfill the ＂going out＂ strategy. In recent years, as foreign direct investment in developing countries is gradually increasing, the theories of foreign direct investment of developing countries begin to appear. This paper firstly introduces several theories of foreign direct investment of developing countries, including small-scale Technology Theory, Technology Adaptation Theory, Industrial Upgrading Theory, Excessive Capital Accumulation Theory, and Investment Development Path Theory. Then we get the enlightenment for China from these theories.
