自行设计改良窥阴器在宫颈LEEP锥切治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式窥阴器在宫颈LEEP刀锥切治疗术中的应用价值。方法将196例行宫颈LEEP刀锥切术治疗的患者分为观察组、对照组各98例,对照组术中应用普通窥阴器,观察组应用改良窥阴器,对普通窥阴器进行改良,将不锈钢管焊接于窥阴器前嘴左侧方,通过连接管连接过滤器再连接负压吸引器,观察治疗中烟雾排除的情况、术野暴露的情况、治疗所需时间及术中失血量。结果观察组较对照组烟雾排除速度加快,术野暴露充分,治疗时间缩短,术中失血量减少,差异均有统计学意义。结论改良窥阴器对宫颈LEEP刀锥切术中烟雾的排除有很好的排烟通气作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of self-designed-and-improved vagina-detector in Cervix LEEP Cone Resection. Methods 196 qualified patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. For the control group, the ordinary vagina-detector was used, and for the observation group, the improved one （with a stainless steel tube welded on the left to the front nozzle, which was connected to the negative pressure aspirator via a connecting tube） was employed. An observation was made of the fume discharging, the surgery field exposure, the time taken for the surgery and the while-surgery hemorrhaging. Results The speed of fume discharging and surgery field exposure of the observation group were greater than those of the con- trol group, the former＇s surgery time, shorter, and the hemorrhaging, less, with all the differences being statistically significant. Conclusion Improved vagina-detector has a satisfactory fume discharging effect in the cervix LEEP cone resection and is worth clinical popularization.
