摘　　要：cDNA文库是发现新基因和研究基因功能的基础工具之一。且在基因分离和克隆中起重要的作用。从cDNA文库中可以筛选出所需要的目的基因,并直接用于该目的基因的表达。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,cDNA文库构建方法有了很大改进和提高。文章介绍了cDNA文库构建基本原理和构建方法、探讨了cDNA文库构建的其他类型、分析了cDNA文库的评判标准、展望了cDNA文库的临床应用。cDNA library is one of the basic tools to discover new gene and study gene function.It plays an important role in gene separation and cloning.Target genes are screened from cDNA libraries,and are used directly for expression.With the development of molecular biology,the methods of construction of cDNA libraries have improved and enhanced greatly.This article introduced the basic principle and methods of cDNA library construction,discussed other types of cDNA library construction to analyze the cDNA library judgment standard and prospect its clinical practice.
