摘　　要：锌基合金的经济快速制模特点使得其特别适合于多品种、小批量的产品及产品更新改型的模具制造。以洗衣机旋钮模具为例,评价了锌基合金在注塑模具中的应用效果,通过与钢模的对比,发现锌基合金可以获得与钢模同样质量的零件,而且具有可以降低制模周期和成本的潜力。The zinc-based alloys can be effectively and rapidly used to manufacture moulds and are suitable for manufacturing moulds of products with multi-varieties and small-lot. Zinc-based alloy was applied to injection moulds of washing machine knobs and the effects were evaluated. The results show that the parts made by zinc-based alloy mould have the same quality with that made by steel mould. The zinc-based alloy has potential applications of short cycle and lower cost.
