以多形性皮损表现的二期梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者男,65岁。全身散在性皮损2个月,加重1周。3月前有不洁性接触史。体检:全身散在大小不等的红色丘疹、脓疱、斑块,表面覆有鳞屑及结痂;外生殖器及双下肢散在大小不等的溃疡。RPR 1∶128(+),TPPA(+)。诊断为二期梅毒,予苄星青霉素治疗好转。A 65-year-old man complained that there were sporadic skin lesions all over the body for two montbs and became heavier for one week. Personal history revealed that he had sex outside marriage before three months. Medical examination： The body scattered different sizes of red papules ,plaques and pustules, the surface covered by scale and scabs, and there were different sizes of ulcers on perineum and both lower limbs. Syphilis serology： TPPA（ ＋ ） , RPR 1：128（ ＋ ）. It was a diagnosis of secondary syphihs. It was improved by benzedrine penicillin for 3times.
