邢台市健康人群糖化血红蛋白参考区间的研究

摘　　要：目的检测邢台市健康人群糖化血红蛋白水平,制定本地区糖化血红蛋白参考区间,为判断糖化血红蛋白异常与否及控制水平提供参考依据。方法抽取来医院体检人员(排除糖尿病及其他明显疾病者)的静脉血,按操作规程检测糖化血红蛋白水平。结果本地区健康体检人群糖化血红蛋白的均值为5.73%,标准差为0.46%。男女体检者的HbA1c水平间差异无统计学意义(t=0.9743,P=0.33);不同年龄段的体检者HbA1c水平间差异无统计学意义(F=1.07,P=0.342)。结论本地区健康人群HbA1c免疫比浊法检测参考区间用(x±s)表示,为4.83%～6.63%。一个实验室或地区应尽量统一测量方法学,建立适合本地区的参考区间。Objective To investigate the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin （GH） in healthy population in Xingtai to make GH reference range, to provide a reference basis for judgment of abnormal GH and its control. Methods Venous blood was pumped from subjects coming for medical examination （excluding those with diabetes or other obvious diseases） to detect GH level according to operating specifications. Results The mean GH was 5.73% in healthy subjects in this district, and the standard deviation was 0. 46%. There was not significant difference in HbAlc level between male subjects and female （ t = 0. 9743, P = 0. 33 ） , and between different age groups （ F = 1.07, P = 0. 342 ）. Conclusion The reference range of GH is 4. 83%- 6. 63% in this district. Laboratories or districts should unify measurement methodology as possible to establish a suitable reference range.
