摘　　要：甲酸盐钻井液是一种新型无固相钻完井液体系,具有密度易调且范围宽(1.0～2.3g/cm3)、高温稳定性好(225℃)、抑制性强、可增强页岩井壁稳定的特性,高密度下具有优良的流动性。为解决我国西部地区山前构造带复杂深井高密度钻井液使用成本高的难题,调研了国内外甲酸盐钻井液技术。提出采用密闭循环或经净化后回收再利用的方法来降低甲酸盐钻井液的使用成本,并加入少量适合的加重剂以形成滤饼来保护井壁的稳定,降低了深井、超深井钻井液的使用成本。该研究成果为我国西部地区山前构造带复杂深井、超深井钻井液体系的选择提供了依据。The formate drilling fluid is a kind of new solid-free slurry system with good properties such as the adjustable density within a wide range of 1.0-2.3 g/cm3,strong inhibition,reinforcing the wellbore stability of shale gas wells,and favorable flow ability at a high density.In view of a high cost in using high-density drilling fluids for complex and deep wells in piedmont tectonic belts of West China,a deep investigation was made on the technology of the formate drilling fluid at home and abroad.The methods of closed loop circulation or recycling use after clecontamination were recommended to reduce the cost of formate drilling fluid,and proper weight agent was added into the fluid to form filter cake preventing the wellbore from slumping.Finally,it is suggested that more studies should be made on the formate drilling fluid for the purpose of a proper drilling technology chosen for HPHT wells in the western piedomont tectonic belts.
