摘  要:水平井作为油气藏开发的有效手段在世界范围内得到迅速而广泛地推广。水平井钻井技术在我国经过几十年的发展已逐渐成熟,然而水平井试修井技术还相当薄弱,多局限于现场的实践经验。为解决目前国内水平井试修研究中实验装置欠缺、研究基础薄弱的状况,以相似性原理为依据,以川渝气区磨溪气田水平井井筒为模拟对象,结合连续油管在川渝气区水平井的运用现状,研制出水平井井筒连续油管沉砂携带与孔眼分流室内模拟实验装置。经测试,该装置能模拟38.1mm连续油管在139mm套管的水平井井筒内替液、冲砂、携砂以及液体在水平井段孔眼中的分流、排液等方面的研究工作。As an effective means for oil and gas reservoir development,horizontal well technology has been applied rapidly and widely all over the world.In China,the horizontal well drilling is becoming mature over the last decades.However,the technology for workover operations in horizontal wells is still under development,most relying on field practice.Because of the low research level and for lack of experimental facilities for horizontal well workover in China,a set of simulating facilities were developed to study sand carrying and fluid diverting during sand flushing operation in horizontal wells by coiled tubing with the similarity principle as a theoretical basis,the horizontal wellbores at Moxi gasfield in the Sichuan Basin as the simulating objects,and the current status of application of coiled tubing in horizontal wells in the Sichuan Basin as a reference.The developed experimental facilities are proved to be able to simulate the fluid displacement,sand washing,sand carrying,fluid diverting and discharging when operating with 38.1 mm-in-diameter coiled tubing in 139 mm-in-diameter cased horizontal wellbore.
