摘  要:介绍了水稻矮秆基因研究利用情况,为全面了解水稻株高遗传与发掘新矮源提供讯息,供水稻矮化育种参考借鉴。More than 60 rice dwarf or Semi dwarf genes have been named and the majority of cultivars' dwarfing genes come form Sd 1,controlled by one pair of recessive genes.Recently,the rapid development of DNA makers such as RFLP has resulted in the construction of saturated rice molecular genome map comprised of 1000 odd makers.The DNA makers of over 13 dwarf or semi dwarf genes had been scanned.Quantiative trait loci(QTLs)for plant height in rice were mapped on to RFLPs maps.A total 23 QTLs were located in all 12 chromosomes.The position of the 23 mapped QTLs were compared to the position of 13 major dwarfing or semi dwarfing genes previously linked to RFLP markers.Results indicated that all 13 dwarfing and semi dwarfing genes.were in colse to the proximity to QTLs,providing evidence to support the hypothesis that QTLs and their major genes were different alleles of the same loci.
