全直肠系膜切除术相关解剖结构的影像学分析

摘　　要：目的对“全直肠系膜切除术”的相关解剖结构进行影像学探讨。方法收集MSCT、高分辨力MRI的正常盆腔图像186例（CT99例，MRI87例）。对直肠系膜、系膜筋膜、Denonvillier’s筋膜以及直肠侧韧带进行分析并记录，用SPSS10．0软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果直肠系膜3例显示不清，直肠系膜筋膜显示率CT为93．93％（93／99），MR为94．25％（82／87），二组间无明显统计学差异。Denonvillier’s筋膜及直肠侧韧带均无明确显示。结论MSCT及MRI能很好地显示直肠系膜及系膜筋膜，但不能显示Denonvillier’s筋膜及直肠侧韧带结构。Objective To study the imaging anatomic structure related to total mesorectal excision. Methods 186 pelvic samples were involved in this study（99 cases with CT and 87 cases with （MRI）. The mesorectum, mesorectal fascia,Denonvillier＇ s fascia and rectal lateral ligament were observed and analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software. Results The mesorectum was not demonstrated in 3 cases with CT and MRI. The displaying rates of mesorectal fascia were 93.93% by CT and 94.25% by MRI,there was no significantly statistic difference between CT and MRI. Denonvillier＇ s fascia and rectal lateral ligamenta were all not demonstrated with CT and MRI. Conclusion Mesorectum and mesorectal fascia clearly can be showed by MSCT,Denonvillier＇s fascia and the rectal lateral ligamenta not.
