摘  要:目的 探讨双氧水在输卵管阻塞介入治疗中的应用价值。方法150例患者经常规子宫输卵管造影发现264条输卵管近段梗阻,对其应用1.5%双氧水5ml保留冲洗2min后造影,对其中210条近段仍阻塞的输卵管作选择性造影及再通术,术后抗炎及定期输卵管通液治疗。结果54条输卵管近端阻塞行双氧水冲洗后复通,复通率为20%;30条输卵管近段阻塞行选择性冲洗、造影后复通,156条输卵管经同轴导管、微导丝疏通后复通,插管再通成功率为86.6%,无严重并发症。结论双氧水保留冲洗可使20%输卵管近端阻塞患者复通,免受介入再通术。Objective To explore the clinical value of hydrogen peroxide( H2O2 ) affused in interventional therapy for oviduct obstruction. Methods Obstruction of 264 proximal segments of oviducts in 150 cases were found by hysterosalpingography(HSG), then obstruent oviducts were washed with 5 ml of 1.5 % H2O2 for 2 minutes. After that, 210 oviducts were still obstruent and treated with selective salpingography(SSG) or interventional recanalization. After the operations,the patients were treated with antibacterial and solution therapy to maintain the tube fluency. Results 54 oviducts were recanalized by washed with hydrogen peroxide( H2O2), the successful rate was 20%. 30 oviducts were recanalized after selective salpingography (SSG) and washed. 156 oviducts were treated by the tiny wire of coaxial pipe selective catheterization, the successful rate was 86.6%and without any severe complications. Conclusion For the obstruction of the proximal segments of oviducts,the recanalized rate may up to 20% after the treatment with hydrogen peroxide( H2O2) washing,and that can avoid interventional therapy.
