猪溶血性链球菌对复合酚消毒剂的耐药性

摘　　要：以亚致死浓度（１∶５００）复合酚多次处理猪溶血性链球菌Ｃ５５１６，得其第１９代菌（Ｆ１９）。Ｆ１９可抵抗推荐浓度复合酚（１∶３００，可完全杀死原代菌）；在普通肉汤多次传代，未见其对复合酚抵抗力下降；用碱裂解法提取Ｆ１９质粒ＤＮＡ，经琼脂糖凝胶电泳，发现１条明亮的电泳带。此电泳带与Ｆ１９对复合酚的抵抗力的关系尚需进一步研究。A strain of Streptococcus hemolyticus porci was treated repeatedly with a complex phenol disinfectant in sublethal concentration (1∶500). After being treated 19 generations, the progeny bateria named F 19 can resist to the complex phenol disinfectant in recommended concentration (1∶300) that the original bacteria can be killed completely. When F 19 passaged many generations in common broth none of the decreased resistance to the complex phenol disinfectant was observed. Plasmid DNA of F 19 was electrophoresed and a brighter band was found. The relationship between the band and the resistance of F 19 remains to be investigated.
