摘  要:以亚致死浓度(1∶500)复合酚多次处理猪溶血性链球菌C5516,得其第19代菌(F19)。F19可抵抗推荐浓度复合酚(1∶300,可完全杀死原代菌);在普通肉汤多次传代,未见其对复合酚抵抗力下降;用碱裂解法提取F19质粒DNA,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳,发现1条明亮的电泳带。此电泳带与F19对复合酚的抵抗力的关系尚需进一步研究。A strain of Streptococcus hemolyticus porci was treated repeatedly with a complex phenol disinfectant in sublethal concentration (1∶500). After being treated 19 generations, the progeny bateria named F 19 can resist to the complex phenol disinfectant in recommended concentration (1∶300) that the original bacteria can be killed completely. When F 19 passaged many generations in common broth none of the decreased resistance to the complex phenol disinfectant was observed. Plasmid DNA of F 19 was electrophoresed and a brighter band was found. The relationship between the band and the resistance of F 19 remains to be investigated.
