摘　　要：目的:探讨硒蛋氨酸对食管癌细胞系EC9706环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的影响。方法:采用MTT比色法、细胞生长曲线描绘观察硒蛋氨酸对食管癌细胞系EC9706增殖的影响,琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测DNA ladder,细胞免疫化学方法检测EC9706COX-2的表达。结果:硒蛋氨酸呈时间、剂量依赖性方式抑制EC9706细胞增殖,抑制食管癌细胞系EC9706COX-2的表达,诱导细胞凋亡。结论:硒蛋氨酸可能通过抑制食管癌细胞系EC9706COX-2的表达从而抑制EC9706细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡。Objective：To investigate the influence of selenomethionine on cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） expression in esophageal carcinoma cell line EC9706. Methods：The effect of selenomethionine on the cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay and analyzed by cell growth curve. DNA ladder was detected by Agar Gel electrophoresis. The expression of COX-2 was detected by immunocytochemistry. Results：Selenomethionine inhibited the cell proliferation in a dose-and time-dependent manner,inhibited the expression of COX-2 and induced cell apoptosis. Conclusion：Selenomethionine may inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of esophageal carcinoma cells EC9706 through inhibiting the expression of COX-2.
