逆行带筋膜血管蒂桡骨瓣联合微型螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨不连

摘　　要：目的:探讨逆行带筋膜血管蒂桡骨瓣联合微型螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨不连。方法:切开复位,逆行带筋膜血管蒂桡骨瓣联合微型螺钉,必要时植骨治疗腕舟骨骨不连11例,术后进行12-36个月随访。结果:逆行带筋膜血管蒂桡骨瓣联合微型螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨不连11例,骨瓣血供丰富,术后8-12周愈合,腕关节功能优良率90.9%。结论:逆行带筋膜血管蒂桡骨瓣联合微型螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨不连是一种可靠的方法,操作简单,促进骨折愈合效果好。Objective：To observe the grafting of radial periosteum pedicled with fascia and vessels combined with micro-screw internal fixation for the treatment of scaphoid nonunion. Methods：Eleven cases of old scaphoid nonunion were treated with grafting of radial periosteum pedicle plus micro-screw. The patients were followed up for twelve to thirty-six months. Results：All cases of scaphoid nonunion healed eight to twelve weeks after operation,and 10 of 11 cases received good function of wrist. Conclusion：This operation of grafting of radial periosteum pedicle plus micro-screw is an easy and reliable way to treat scaphoid nonunion.
