摘　　要：建立非营利组织评估机制,通过制度化的评估促进非营利组织的责任、效率与社会公信度的提高,是促进当前我国非营利组织发展的重要保障。该文以大学教育基金会为例,在个案调查中具体探讨了我国非营利组织在非营利性评估、组织使命与战略规划的评估、项目评估、组织能力评估方面的现状、特点与问题,以期进一步推动对非营利组织的评估框架、评估理论与方法、评估标准和评估制度等多方面开展深入研究。To establish a mechanism of non-profit organization evaluation, and promote the non-profit organization＇s responsibility, efficiency and social reliability through the systematic evaluation, is an important guarantee for the development of non-profit organizations in our country. With a view to further promote the evaluation framework, the theory and methods of evaluation, evaluation criteria and evaluation system and other aspects in non-profit organizations to carry out in-depth study, this paper took the University Education Foundation as an example, specifically explored the current situation, characteristics and problems of the Chinese NPOs＇non-profit nature evaluation, organization mission and strategic planning evaluation, project evaluation, and organizational capacity evaluation.
