子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜和异位内膜中的Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用及相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例正常子宫内膜和30例子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜和异位内膜的Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1的表达。结果Bim在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜、异位内膜的表达分别为86.7%、60%、43.3%,p21 WAF1/CIP1在子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜、异位内膜的表达分别为83.3%、56.7%、46.7%。子宫内膜异位症的在位内膜组、异位内膜组中,Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1均呈正相关。结论Bim和p21 WAF1/CIP1的凋亡与增殖作用在子宫内膜异位症的发展中起相互促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Bim and p21 WAF1/CIP1 and their relationship in endometiosis. Methods The expression of Bim and p21WAF1/CIP1 was detected by immunhistochemical technique in 30 patients with endometriosis and 30 healthy women. Results The positive expression rates of Bim were 86.7% ,60% ,43.3% respectively in healthy women,in eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group;the positive expression rates of p21WAF1/CIP1 were 83.3% ,56.7% ,46.7% in healthy women,in eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group respectively. There was a close correlation between Bim and p21WAF1/CIP1 in endometriosis. Conclusion Bim and p21WAF1/CIPlmay play an important role in the development of endometriosis,and Bim is positively related with p21WAF1/CIP1, so the two factors may have a synergistic effect.
