可吸收螺钉、固定棒在关节内骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的:讨论可吸收螺钉、固定棒在关节内骨折治疗中的疗效。方法:采用常规麻醉及手术切口,显露骨折断端及损伤关节,解剖复位后,应用可吸收螺钉、固定棒固定骨折,制动5min,止血后逐层缝合,石膏托外固定6周。结果:以术后局部功能恢复情况和术后影像学检查综合判定疗效。优:79例,良:3例,可:2例,差:0例。优良率:97.7%。术后无伤口感染和骨折再移位现象。结论:可吸收螺钉具有无需二次手术,减少患者痛苦,减少患者经济负担,尤其减少骨性关节炎发生的等优点。Objective To evaluate the effect of intraarticular fracture treated with absorbable self-reinforced polylactide（SR-PLLA） screws.Method Eighty-six cases of intraarticular fractures were treated with absorbable self-reinforced polylactide screws,and 84 cases were followed up for an average of 9.5months.The outcome was classified by local functional rehabilitation and radiological findings.Results Seventy-nine cases got excellent,3 good,and 2 ok.The excellent-good rate was 97.7%.No wound infection and facture redisplacement were found. Conclusion This method eliminates the need of a second operation to remove non - absorbable fixation devices after the healing of fracture.
