摘 要:目的:探讨长托宁取代阿托品成为抢救有机磷中毒首选药物的可能性。方法:在广东省8家医院展开了前瞻性、多中心、随机、对照研究,比较长托宁和阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的疗效及不良反应。结果:8家医院共180例患者入选,与阿托品组比较,长托宁组患者的用药次数、住院天数显著减少(P<0.01);两组有效率分别为89%和90.1%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同一患者治疗前后的心率比较,长托宁组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),阿托品组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:长托宁优于阿托品,可成为抢救有机磷中毒的首选药物。Objective To study the possibility of penehyclidine hydrochloride instead of atropine to be the first choice used in organophosphorus poisoning treatment.Method A multicenter,prospective,comparative clinical research between penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine on organophosphorus poisoning was made in 8 hospitals,and the effects and adverse effects were compared between the two drugs.Results Total 180 patients with organophosphorus poisoning were randomly divided into 2 groups:Penehyclidine hydroehloride group ( n = 90) and atropine group ( n = 90 ). The times of administrating drugs and the course of hospitalization in penehyelidine hydroehloride group were less than atropine group( P 〈 0.01 ). Both penehyelidine hydroehloride and atropine had positive effect on organophosphorus poisoning. Penehyelidine hydroehloride used conveniently and didn't affect HR (P 〉 0.05 ) , while atropine used inconveniently .and affected HR (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Penehyelidine hydrocbloride is much better than atropine in the treatment of organophosphorus poisoning and can be the first choice.
