摘 要:以醋酸和甘油为原料合成三醋酸甘油酯(TA),考察了不同催化剂对酯化反应的影响,筛选出对甲苯磺酸作为酯化反应的催化剂。并考察了对甲苯磺酸用量、反应时间、采水和不采水工艺以及醋酸和甘油摩尔比对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量为甘油质量的5%,在采出水的条件下反应3.5 h,反应产物中TA的含量达到96%;随着醋酸和甘油摩尔比的提高,TA含量不断增加。Different catalysts were investigated to synthesize triacetin from acetic acid and glycerol.p-Toluene sulfonic acid(PTSA) was selected as the catalyst for esterification.Subsequently the factors such as the amount of PTSA,reaction time,water continuously separated or unseparated technology and the molar ratio of acetate acid to glycerol were investigated.The experimental results showed: when the amount of catalyst was 5% mass of glycerol,the content of triacetin in the product reached 96% in 3.5 h with the ...
