摘 要:先在玻碳电极(GCE)表面用电化学沉积法修饰普鲁士蓝(PB),然后修饰多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),制成了碳纳米管/普鲁士蓝复合膜修饰电极(MWCNTs/PB/GCE)。采用循环伏安法(CV)考察了该电极的电化学性能,发现该修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)具有良好的电催化作用和选择性,当等浓度的抗坏血酸(AA)与DA共存时,AA对DA的测定没有干扰。该方法测定多巴胺的线性范围为5×10^-6-1×10^-4mol.L^-1,R=0.9992,检出限可达5.0×10^-7mol.L^-1(S/N=3),样品回收率在97.0%~105.7%之间。对针剂盐酸多巴胺进行测定,结果令人满意。A MWCNTs/Prussian blue(PB) modified glass electrode(MWCNTs/PB/GCE) was fabricated.Firstly,glass carbon electrode(GCE)was modified with PB on its surface by electronic chemistry deposition,then PB/GCE was modified with MWCNTs.The characteristic of the modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry.The modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic effect and selectivity on the redox of dopamine(DA).When the same concentration of ascorbic acid(AA) and DA simultaneously existed in solution,AA had no interference to the determination of DA. Under the optimum condition, the oxidation peak current was in linear relationship with DA concentration in the range of 5×10^-6-1×10^-4mol.L^-1 with a correlation of 0. 9992. Because of the low detection limit (Credo= 5.0×10^-7mol.L^-1), and the high sensitivity for the detection of DA (recovery between 97.0%-105.7%), this modified electrode could be used for quantitative determination of hydrochloric dopamine in injection samples.
