摘 要:本文结合改进后的工业区位基尼系数和集聚综合指数,利用mapinfo软件分析了中国资本密集型产业1997、2007年的集聚分布,得出结论:大部分资本密集型行业在东部地区一直有较高的集聚规模,且集聚程度还在加强。然后利用数据包络分析模型(DEA)对各地区资本密集型行业规模收益进行评价,并利用规模收益和集聚综合指数作为判断行业集聚适度问题的依据,列出东部地区的集聚不足、集聚适度和集聚过度行业,最后利用DEA分析得到的投影结果,对集聚规模过大而产生集聚不经济的地区生产要素合理配置作出分析,为产业结构调整提供科学依据。This paper analyzed capital-intensive industries' clustering in China's 31 Politic Region from 1997 to 2007 by Maplnfo with improved industry location Gini coefficient and clustering aggregative index, concluded that the capital-intensive industries in the eastern region possesses a higher clustering scale, which became more and more marked;and then evaluated the Return to Scale of the capital-intensive industries in East Region by the result of Data Envelopment Analysis model (DEA),and according to the characteristics of Return to Scale,capital-intensive Industries were divided into three sections:Clustering-Lack industry, Clustering-Moderate industry and Clustering-Excessive industry.Finally,by projection results of DEA,it analyzed the rational allocation of production factors in the east region, where the excessive clustering of the capital-inteusive industries had resulted in uneconomical fact,in order to give scientific proof to capital-intensive industries' structural readjustment.
