摘 要:分析了设备磨损状态与其磨损颗粒群体特征的对应关系.对机械的黏着磨损状态,建立了铁谱磨屑群体综合评判系统,确定了黏着磨损所产生的几类典型颗粒,在黏着磨损的不同阶段,这些颗粒群体特征呈现有规律的变化,依据不同的磨屑及其特征参量对设备状态判别的贡献大小,赋予适当权重,完成了铁谱加权综合评判系统.采煤机状态检测实践表明,运用该方法设备状态判别准确率可达92%.The relationship of wear condition of a machine and characteristics of debris group produced in the machine is studied. For adhesive wear condition, a debris group synthetic decision method was proposed. Several typical debris categories were determined. The debris group characteristics varies regularly with different stages of adhesive wear. The weight factors of various debris characteristics were determined according to the importance in monitoring the adhesive wear condition. The weighted synthetic decision system for wear 'monitoring was set up. The correct rate of wear condition monitoring for shearer reaches 92 % .
