摘  要:以天然植物槐米为原料水热法提取芦丁,芦丁酸解制取槲皮素,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱对芦丁和槲皮素的结构进行分析;合成了芦丁-铜(Ⅱ),芦丁-Fe(Ⅱ),芦丁-Fe(Ⅲ),槲皮素-Cu(Ⅱ),槲皮素-Fe(Ⅱ)配合物,利用红外光谱分析其结构,研究芦丁及槲皮素与金属离子的相互作用,解释芦丁和槲皮素的药理.结果表明:C环4位的羰基容易与金属离子配位,B环上3′和4′位置的羟基的氧原子电子云密度大,可以与金属离子配位,形成金属配合物.芦丁和槲皮素在人体中与铜、铁离子络合,降低体内游离金属离子的水平,抑制了脂质过氧化反应,有效降低了疾病和衰老的发生.Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) was used to analyze the structure of ru- tin and quercetin which were extracted from sophora japonica and prepared from turin by acid hydrolysis, respectively. The complex metals of rutin-Cu (Ⅱ), rutin-Fe (Ⅱ), rutin-Fe (Ⅲ), quercetin-Cu(Ⅱ) and quercetin-Fe(Ⅱ) were synthesized and their structures were analyzed by FTIR. The pharmacology of rutin and quercetin were explained based on studying of interactions of the complex metals. The results show that the carbonyl group on the fourth carbon of C-ring is easily to bind to metal cations, and oxygen atom of hydroxyl on the 3' and 4p of B-ring also binds to metal cations. The metal ion concentrations could be decreased when turin and quercetin bind to copper and ferric ions in human body, which inhibit the lipid peroxidation reactions, anti-disease and prolong life.
