摘　　要：目的:测定正常成人血清Prohepcidin浓度,分析影响血清Prohepcidin水平的相关因素。方法:测定21例正常成人血清Prohepcidin浓度,观察分析其与高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、促红细胞生成素、血红蛋白和丙氨酸氨基转移酶等指标之间的关系。结果:正常成人血清Prohepcidin浓度为(153.7±29.5)ng/mL,性别及不同年龄间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常成人血清Prohepcidin水平与促红细胞生成素浓度正相关。结论:促红细胞生成素可作为血清Prohepcidin的预测因子。Objective To analyze the correlation factors influencing serum prohepcidin by determining the its level in healthy adults. Methods The serum prohepcidin level of 21 healthy adults was determined, and the relationship with the serum or plasma high sensitivity C-reactive protein, IL- 6, erythropoietin, hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase levels were observed and analyzed. Results The serum prohepcidin level was （153. 7 ±29. 5） ng/mL. There was no statistic difference between the males and the females. Prohepcidin level was positively correlated with erythropoietin. Conclusion Erythropoietin could be a predictor for serum prohepcidin concentration.
