电针夹脊穴配合放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较电针夹脊穴配合放血拔罐法与西药治疗带状疱疹的疗效差异。方法:将53例患者随机分为观察组(31例)、对照组(22例)。观察组采用电针夹脊穴配合疱疹局部梅花针刺血加拔火罐治疗,每天1次;对照组采用口服盐酸伐昔洛韦、吲哚美辛、维生素B1、维生素B12。结果:观察组显愈率为96.8%,优于对照组的81.8%(P<0.05);在疼痛、瘙痒、烧灼感及睡眠临床症状改善方面,观察组优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:电针夹脊穴配合放血拔罐是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法,疗效优于常规西药治疗。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect differences between electroacupuncture at Jiaji （EX-B 2） combined with blood-letting plus cupping and western medicine therapy. Methods Fifty-three cases were randomly divided into an observation group （n=31） and a control group （n= 22）. The observation group was treated by electroacupuncture at Jiaji （EX-B 2） combined with blood-letting with a plum-blossom needle at the affected parts plus cupping, once each day. The control group was treated by oral administration of Valaciclovir Hydrochlordide, Indomethacin, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12. Results The cured and markedly effective rate of 96.8% in the observation group was better than that of 81.8% in the control group （P〈0.05）, and improvements of pain, pruritus, burning sensation and sleep in the observation group were superior to those of the control group （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Jiaji （EX-B2） combined with blood-letting and cupping is a better therapy for herpes zoster and its therapeutic effect is better than that of routine western medicine therapy.
