摘  要:从2008年黑龙江省某奶牛场犊牛中暴发的一种以呼吸道病变为主疾病的患病牛中分离出3株细菌,根据其形态特征、培养特性、生化特性等将分离菌鉴定为支气管败血波氏杆菌。对分离菌进行药敏试验、皮肤坏死试验及16 S rRNA基因的克隆和序列分析。结果显示,该菌对氟哌酸、丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素、氯霉素敏感,可导致豚鼠皮肤坏死;其16 S rRNA基因序列与GenBank中收录的标准菌株Bb RB50株(BX640449)同源性为100%。证实,引起该病的病原是支气管败血波氏杆菌。Three bacterial strains were isolated from the cultures of samples from the calves with respiratory disease on a dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province in 2008 and identified to be Bordetella bronchiseptica by the biochemical criteria and their morphological and cultural characteristics.The clinical isolates were sensitive to norfloxacin,amikacin,gentamycin and chloramphenicol,and they caused skin necrosis in guinea pig.The sequence of 16S rRNA gene from the clinical isolates shared 100% homology with that from strain Bb RB50(BX640449) available in GenBank.The results showed that these clinical isolates were B.bronchiseptica.
