摘 要:用草酸盐共沉淀工艺制备高反应活性Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)粉体,添加10%(质量分数)的Bi2O3·ZnNb2O6(BZN)为烧结助剂,采用传统陶瓷制备工艺制备BST-BZN复相陶瓷。用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分别研究BST-BZN的微观形貌和晶相组成,并测试BST-BZN复相陶瓷的介电性能参数。结果表明,添加BZN使BST的烧结温度由1350℃降低到1050℃,BST晶粒粒径约为1μm,烧结过程BZN与BST发生固溶反应,BST的XRD衍射峰向低角度偏移。BST-BZN具有良好的介电常数温度稳定性,但是由于少量Bi3+对Ba2+/Sr2+的取代、晶粒的细化、晶界相比例增多等原因导致BST-BZN可调率降低,1kV/mm的偏场作用下其可调率只有0.15%。The barium strontium titanate (Ba06Sra4TiO3, BST) powders with high activity were prepared by oxalate co-precipitation method. The barium strontium titanate composites (BST-BZN) doped by 10% (mass fraction) Bi203·ZnNb2O6(BZN) were obtained by traditional solid phase method. Their structures and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM. Experimental results show that the BST-BZN composites can be sintered at 1050℃. SEM results showed that the grain size of BST was about 1μm. XRD results showed that the peaks of BST transferred to lower angle since some Nb^5+ enters BST lattice. BST-BZN composites possess better permittivity-temperature character. However, the tunability of BST-BZN was decreased to 0.15% (measured at 1 kV/mm) due to the substitution of Bi^3+ to Ba^2+/Sr^2+, the decrease of BST grain size and the increase of grain boundary.
