摘　　要：分析了新升本科院校分析仪器设备使用与管理存在的问题;探讨了成立分析检测中心的必要性和分析检测中心的管理模式与运行机制;提出建立以集中式中心实验室和分散式中心实验室相结合为特征的分析检测中心是实现大型仪器设备资源共享的有效途径。The paper analyzed the use and management problems of instruments and equipment in Newly Constructed Universities; discussed the need for the establishment of analysis and analysis of test center testing center management mode and operation mechanism;proposed the establishment an analysis and test center with the characteristic of central-like laboratory and the disperser-like laboratory is an effective way for the newly constructed universities to enjoy resources together.
