摘  要:香料烟叶有较多的富含结晶体的细胞,为进一步探讨这类富含晶体的细胞的特性,试验通过TEM、SEM观察和EDX分析对结晶细胞的超微结构和晶体性质进行了研究,并对结晶细胞的分离技术进行了探索。研究表明,香料烟株内结晶细胞是一类特化的含晶细胞,细胞内充满晶体,晶体形状似角锥状,质体等被挤到细胞边缘。叶片成熟过程中,结晶细胞超微结构发生变化,质体逐渐退化,胞基质逐渐干缩。结晶细胞与普通细胞相比有较高的钙含量,因此,推测细胞内结晶体可能是一种钙盐结晶,但不排除结晶体可能含有尚未证实的有机物成分。同时,试验初步摸索出了结晶细胞的分离方法。The crystals were discovered more in some cells of orient tobacco, to study the property of the cells, the ultrastructure and character were observed and analyzed by TEM、SEM and EDX, the separation method of the cells was explored. The cells full of crystals observed in orient tobacco were verified to be crystal idioblasts. The crystals observed by SEM were multiangle. The ultrastructure of crystal idioblasts changed during the maturing of leaves, the plastids were gradually degenerated while cytoplasm matrix was gradually dry. The content of calcium was higher in the crystal idioblasts than that of common cells, and so the crystals might belonged to calcium salt crystals. Whether the crystals included other organic components were not known. The separation method of crystal idioblasts developed initially.
