摘 要:为研究不同施氯水平对云南烤烟生长、产量和品质的影响,采用田间小区随机排列,设置6个氯水平(0、22.50、45.00、67.50、90.00、112.50kg/hm^2)。结果表明,施氯水平与烟叶氯含量呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),而与K2O/Cl比值呈显著负相关(P〈0.05)。在0-112.50kg/hm^2的施氯水平范围内,施氯对烟叶具有增产、增加产值和提高中上等烟比例的效应。烤烟产量、产值和中上等烟比例以67.50kg/hm^2的施氯水平为最高,其产值与CK间的差异达到显著水平(P〈0.05);烟叶化学成分含量以施氯水平为22.50kg/hm2时最接近优质烟叶的含量范围且各化学成分协调性较好。因此,从烤烟的农艺性状、经济性状和品质方面综合考虑,建议云南省优质烤烟合理的施氯水平在22.50-67.50kg/hm^2为宜。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different chlorine application level on growth, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in Yuxi city, Yunnan province. Field experiment was randomly divided different small field, which was setup six levels of chlorine 0, 22.50, 45.00, 67.50, 90.00, 112.50 kg/hm^2. The results showed that chlorine application level was positively correlated with the contents of K^+ (P〈0.05), Cl- negatively with the ratio of K2O/Cl (P〈0.05). When chlorine application level ranged between 0 kg/hm^2 and 112.50 kg/hm^2, which could increase yield, output value and ratio of first- and middle grade of leaves. When chlorine application level was 67.50 kg/hm^2, the highest yield, output value and proportion of middle and superior grade of leaves could be gotten. The differences of output value between 67.50 kg/hm^2 chlorine and CK was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The chemical component contents of tobacco leaves of 22.50 kg/hm^2 chlorine was close to the requirements for high-quality tobacco, and the compatibility among different chemical components of which was better than other chlorine treatments. Comprehensively considering agronomic characters, economic characters and quality, the optimum Cl application level should be 22.50-67.50 kg/hm^2 for high-quality flue-cured tobacco growth in Yuxi city, Yunnan province.
