摘  要:针对某型机组高压缸带有抽汽结构的两级叶栅流道,进行了考虑全周叶片通道的数值模拟,研究了抽汽系统对汽轮机内流动特性的影响,指出抽汽对抽汽点上游级的影响大于对其下游级的影响。抽汽使得上游级动叶进口汽流冲角向负值移动,动叶后压力降低,同时降低了下游级接近抽汽管的流道前半部分的静压。Based on two stage cascade passages with steam extraction structure in a HP steam turbine unit, numerical simulation of blade passages of full circle is carried out and the influence of steam extraction system on flow characteristics of turbine is studied. It points out that steam extraction has larger effect on the turbine stage upstream of the extraction point than the stage downstream. Steam extraction leads the inlet flow incidence angle of the upstream stage rotor to be negat!ve, resulting in the reduction of the pressure behind the rotor. At the same time, steam extraction reduces the static pressure of the downstream stage at the front half part of the flow channel near extraction tube.
