摘　　要：通过在6063变形铝合金中添加适量的稀土元素，免去了在挤压前的高温均匀化处理。试验结果表明，合金的结构和性能得到了改善，可应用于型材的生产。The high temperature homogenization treatment before extrusion can be removed by adding aproper quantity of rare earth element to 6063 deformation aluminium alloy. Results by tests indicate thatthe structure and property of the alloy can be improved and it can be employed in formed -- material
