摘 要:电晕是引起室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)老化的重要因素之一,因此对RTV进行了电晕老化试验,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析了RTV的电晕老化性能,比较了不同材料RTV的电晕老化性能,试验结果表明,纳米材料可以明显改善RTV的电晕老化性能。还分析了纳米材料提高RTV抗电晕性的机理,利用基于陷阱理论的聚合物电老化寿命公式及电晕老化前后材料的红外光谱变化评估了RTV的寿命,纳米材料能使RTV的电晕老化寿命提高到3~4.9倍。此方法可为定量评估有机绝缘材料寿命提供参考。Corona is one of the main factors that lead to the aging of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV). Corona aging tests of RTV were carried out, the aging performances were analyzed and evaluated by FTIR ,and the mechanisms of anti-aging were discussed. The results show that nano-materials can improve the corona aging performance of RTV coatings. Moreover, the lifetime of RTV coatings was evaluated by the electrical aging lifetime equation for polymers based on trap theory and the FTIR spectra before and after corona aging. The lifetime evaluation results show that nano-materials can elongate the corona aging lifetime of RTV by a factor of 3-4.9. This research provides a method of lifetime prediction for organic insulation materials.
