补肾颗粒治疗慢性再障贫血51例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾颗粒治疗慢性再障贫血(CAA)的临床疗效。方法:将78例CAA患者随机分为2组,中药组51例以补肾颗粒为主治疗,对照组27例以环孢菌素为主治疗。疗程均为6月,观察治疗后2组疗效及血常规、症状积分的变化。结果:总有效率中药组为74.51%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后外周血白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(BPC)均明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组治疗后临床症状积分均明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾颗粒能改善CAA外周血象和症状积分,临床疗效确切。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Granules (BG) on chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Methods:Seventy-eight CAA patients were randomized into 2 groups: the treatment group mainly received oral use of BG,and the control group mainly received oral use of cyclosporine. The treatment lasted 6 months. After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the changes of blood routine examination and symptom score were also observed. Results:The total effective rate was 74.51% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference being insignificant between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment,peripheral blood white blood cell count,hemoglobin level and platelet content were increased in both groups,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 compared with those before treatment). Symptom score in both groups was decreased (P < 0.01 compared with that before treatment). Conclusion:BG shows certain effect on improving the peripheral blood parameters and symptom score.
