摘　　要：信息化已成为经济发展的第一驱动力,信息化和企业由战略到执行的全面融合成为企业可持续发展的必然选择。本文首先论述了信息化价值的内涵与外延,然后结合信息化在大型集团企业不同发展阶段发挥的效应及对企业发展带来的价值,提出信息化价值评估的基本标准与路线,探讨对信息化价值实现的过程予以管理的要求及方法。Information technology has become the first driver of economic development, information technology and business strategy to implementation by the full integration as an inevitable choice for sustainable development of enterprises. This paper discusses the information value of the connotation and denotation, and then a combination of information technology has played in various stages of development effect on the value of enterprise development proposed information technology valuation basic standards and methods.
