日粮中不同Zn添加水平对雏鸵鸟生产性能的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨日粮中添加不同Zn水平对0-2月龄鸵鸟生产性能、血液生理生化指标的影响。选用1-2月龄鸵鸟120只,随机分成4个组,每组3个重复,共12组。试验组在基础日粮中分别添加ZnSO460、90、120、150 mg/kg,试验期2个月。结果表明：日粮Zn添加水平对1月龄、2月龄鸵鸟的平均体质量增量、采食量差异显著,料重比无显著差异（P〉0.05）,不同Zn水平对血浆Zn水平和血浆碱性磷酸酶活性影响显著。综合生产性能和血液生理生化指标,0-2月龄鸵鸟饲料中Zn的最佳添加量为90 mg/kg。基础日粮中Zn含量32.4 mg/kg,当日粮Zn含量为122.4 mg/kg时0-2月龄鸵鸟才达到最佳生产性能。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of zinc levels on the growth performance and plasma parameters of brooding ostriches.One hundred and twenty 1-day-old ostriches were randomly assigned into 4 treatments（3 replicates of 10 ostriches / treatment）.A basal diet supplemented with 60,90,120,150 mg/kg of zinc.The experiments lasted 2 months.the results showed that average weight,average intake were significant effect by the supplement zinc level for 1 to 2 month zinc levels in diet（P〉0.05）,however the FCR was not different among treatments（P〉0.05）.The supplement of zinc was significant effect on serum zinc and activity trend of AKP in serum.These findings indicated that the optimal supplement of zinc for the 1to 2 month ostriches was 90 mg/kg about growth performance and serum indexes.The basal diet was contain 32.4 mg/kg zinc.
