摘  要:利用AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphisms)分子标记技术对99份来源不同的中国刺瘤型黄瓜(Cucumis sativusL.)种质的遗传多样性和亲缘关系进行了分析,以确定中国黄瓜的遗传基础,指导育种实践。从77对引物组合中选出7对多态性较高的组合进行扩增,共扩增出382条条带,多态性带179条,多态性带比率为46%,总体平均期望杂合度为0.314。聚类分析显示,可将99份黄瓜种质资源划分为短瓜类群和长瓜类群,长瓜类群又可以分为3个亚群,3个亚群的黄瓜具有各自类群的表型特点。中国刺瘤型黄瓜种质资源表现出丰富的遗传多样性,是黄瓜育种优良的基因源。In this study,Genetic diversity and relationship of 99 cucumber germplasms were assessed by molecular marker technology AFLPs,to make sure the genetic basement of the Chinese warty cucumber and direct breeding.7 selective primer pairs were screened from total 77 primer pairs and 179 polymorphic bands were observed from total 382 bands.The percentage of polymorphic bands was 46.86%.The average expected heterozygosity of AFLP loci among all accessions was 0.314.Based on AFLPs results,99 materials were clustered into two groups,namely short fruit cucumber group and long fruit cucumber group,and the long fruit cucumber group was further classified into there sub-groups.This results were consistent with the morphological character.Chinese cucumber germplasm had a high degree in genetic diversity and were an excellent gene source for cucumber breeding.
